Senior Client Support Administrator | Salary £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience | Hours of work 9am- 5pm | Permanent role | Location Leicester 

 
Cherry Professional has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Support Administrator.  We are looking for an individual with experience working within the financial services industry.  

 
You will be working with a well-established organisation based in Leicester who are a specialist in the independent financial advisory and employee benefits sector.  Whilst working within a supportive team, providing client servicing support for Advisers, working alongside the Paraplanners and client support you will also support Advisors in their day-to-day job and maintain the highest level of customer service to clients.
  
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
To provide support and work as a team with Paraplanners, Advisers and Client Support to deliver the client's needs.  
You will fact find and risk profiles, transferring them onto the client record.  
To record updates on intelligent office accurately with the correct plan type, provider, policy number, plan status, contributions, withdrawals, fund values and fee expectations.  
You will record clients with guaranteed income plan propositions on Intelligent Office.  
To record email relating to clients and saving them on Intelligent Office client record.  
You will support and work as a team with HOCS / Client Support / Operations to provide a resource as per branch/company requirements.  
  
The ideal candidate will have: -  
 
Over five years' experience in Financial Services at a similar level. 
Experience working with complex cases/products such as Drawdowns, Equity Release, Trusts.  
Experience with investment, pension, protection administration.  
Experienced in submitting online applications/trades on platforms/provider websites.  
Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.  
Previous use of CRM systems essential with Intelligent Office (IO) knowledge preferred.  
Fully aware of compliance / operational policies and procedures.
