Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant for their Nottingham based client. This is a full time position based on a 6 month contract.

Senior Administrator Duties

To ensure all relevant staff complete the monthly update before the management team meeting.

To keep the Chief Executive up to date with any developments or concerns expressed by staff or volunteers.

To be the main point of contact for external visitors, as well as welcoming guests for the Chief Executive by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries

Attending and taking notes for any meetings requested by the Chief Executive, as and when required.

To produce a monthly update for the Board of Trustees after the meeting in a timely manner.

To assist the Chief Executive to manage his time as effectively and efficiently as possible, ensuring sufficient time is available to complete tasks, prepare or read reports, deal with appointments, etc

To help manage the Chief Executive's diary, including adding and changing appointments, booking in annual leave and authorising (and noting dates in outlook) annual leave for staff that he manages.

Producing and maintaining a filing system for the Chief Executive, to include any additional files that may be required

Support the Chief Executive with the development of any new business ventures.

To type letters as required by the Chief Executive, plus take any notes and minutes as required.

To create, update and maintain, as appropriate, databases & records for trustees and non-trustee members, as appropriate

To produce the monthly report/statistics for the Chief Executive, accurately and in a timely manner.

To conduct research, prepare reports and briefing notes as required.

To take minutes (as well as sending out all relevant paperwork) at Board, General, Regional Meetings as well as the AGM.
