Senior Administrator- Nottingham- On-going temporary assignment
Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a well established and successful Engineering organisation in Nottingham. The role of Senior Administrator is to provide comprehensive support to a busy Logistics department to meet operational needs, assisting in achieving budget and stock turn targets.
Carry out system administration tasks to support the invoicing process and data integrity of inventory within business systems.
Ordering of replenishment inventories for consigned stocks locations across the UK
Review and issue of daily/weekly/monthly inventory & shipping reports
Create new item master codes when required for new product items
Support price update activities in line with the submissions provided by Head Office or 3rd parties.
Liaise with Logistics partners to ensure delivery requirements and issues are resolved in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Support in Continuous improvement activities to both systems and process, to improve inventory availability and visibility across the business.
Liaise with all departments to resolve Inventory/shipping/invoice queries in a timely manner.
Carry out other tasks as may be defined that may be required in order to develop the business.
Previous experience in a busy and complicated Administration role
Strong Organisational skills
Procedural mindset, Ability to priorities, Attention to detail
Ability to analyse data
Strong IT and Literacy skills
