Cherry Professional have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a dynamic team based in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Our client supplies computer equipment and consumables to the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work for a fast-growing company that is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to a customer base that already trusts and relies upon them.

This Administrator role will require you to provide efficient and effective administrative support for sales and management teams to help achieve the overall departmental results.

Key responsibilities,
To support the sales and management teams to help achieve the overall departmental results. 
You will maintain a professional & positive attitude throughout keeping in line with the company values
To process, all orders received and record all information efficiently.
You will answer all internal and externals calls in a professional manner.
To provide full and comprehensive end to end administrative support to the sales department.
You will manage all orders received and process back orders, order processing, and produce reports.        
To communicate with all relevant areas/teams internal and external
To take ownership of all queries received and follow through to completion.


Requirements for the role,
Experience with working in a busy fast paced environment dealing with customers over the telephone.
Efficient use of Excel, CRM (customer database), Outlook
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and can quickly build rapport 
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand customer needs.
