Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager for their Ollerton based client. You will be an honest, organised, enthusiastic, and career driven individual ideally with experience as a telesales management professional. You will need to have previous experience motivating and supervising an office sales team while leading from the front.


Daily Responsibilities Include:

Increasing service sales revenues.

Utilising existing client data to create service sales opportunities, coordinate and direct administer cold sales and pro-active account management.

Supervision and monitoring of team's sales activities including ensuring call rates and revenue targets are set and being met and hopefully exceeded.

Advising and helping team members as and when required.

Developing and maintaining a positive reinforcement management style while also enforcing team discipline on matters such as time keeping and other matters, in line with the company's disciplinary code.

Ensuring the administration and processing of orders is accurate and prepared in a timely manner.

Liaising with order delivery departments to help ensure that orders are dealt with efficiently and within agreed timings.

Working closely with National account management team ensuring customer service levels are delivered to the highest standard.


Other Related Responsibilities Will Include:

Developing skills and processes within existing team ensuring solid and reliable sales adopted are installed.

Budgeting and forecasting including setting sales/revenue targets for the team and individual members

Training - inducting new recruits and then developing and implementing ongoing sales training programmes according to individual and team needs.

Recruiting new team members as and when required.

Preparing and presenting regular management, market and progress reports for senior management.

Ensuring that any necessary disciplinary procedures are in line with contract obligations and conducted in line with the company's legal obligations.
