This role presents a brilliant opportunity to work in a well-established team for an exciting business who have grown through acquisition in the recent years.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for managing a range of customer accounts, improving credit control efficiencies and ensuring cash flow for the business remains strong.
Processing of sales invoices
Analysis of month end data and preparation of journals
Creating and posting credit notes
Investigating and resolving of any customer queries
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Supporting the credit control team in reducing aged debt.
A minimum of two years' experience working in Sales Ledger or Credit Control
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Great communication skills and have the ability to build rapport at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
