Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a leading airtime and telecoms distributor to recruit a Sales Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for processing orders and enquiries as well as installing various telephony projects.
Process connections on behalf of business partners via partner gateway/systems.
Complete connections accurately and efficiently, either online, over the phone or via email.
To check the orders received from business partners, for accuracy and feedback / decline when appropriate.
Review all paperwork received for accurate pricing, contract tenure and key data required in line with the appropriate network compliance guidelines.
Maintain regular engagement with the various support teams in place, ensuring the business receives the appropriate support.
Manage the mailbox /ticket work flow, replying quickly to any query or order request.
Regularly update partners on order/query progress, in addition to taking inbound calls.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure you can support with small order requests.
A telecoms background Cloud Voice/Broadband/ order processing experience primarily.
The person must have strong organisational skills, have the ability to work in a time critical environment.
Proficient in excel and outlook and experience on working with multiple online ordering systems.
Excellent office facilities with fun break put areas.
20 days plus 8 bank holidays which increases to 25 days plus bank holidays in time.
