This is a full time, permanent role, you must have superb telephone skills and be organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines.
You will be a confident user of Microsoft Office including Excel, have excellent organisational skills, be comfortable over the telephone and have excellent communication skills including time management.
Booking the photographer for clients
Liaising with clients (from the day they book their photo's until they go live on the market)
Building the sales particulars
Ordering for the Sales Board
Liaising with staff and the photography team
Sending out offer letters
Looking after the key book
Collecting money laundering documents
Hours of work are: 8:45am until 6pm Monday to Friday however would consider candidates looking to work 4 days per week (Pro rata salary offered)
Experience working with lettings would be advantasgeous but not essential as training will be given.
