Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a fast growing and highly innovative organisation in Nottingham. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the timely, efficient and accurate processing of Sales Orders and the production of Sales Invoices for the business.
Reviewing all internal sales documents (sales quotes & handovers)
Raising Invoices for all sales transactions
The data entry of information of all new customers & creating support contract records accurately.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails from sales managers and also clients who request updates on orders
Arranging the travel and accommodation for engineers and sales teams
Providing cover for incoming calls, alongside general reception duties which includes meet and greet of visitors
Previous experience in a Complex Administration role
Technical background - experience of stock/component - preferred.
Must have a good eye for detail and accurate data entry
Ability to prioritise work and remain effective under pressure
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Able to produce information using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Experience / knowledge of Sage- desirable
