We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a growing organisation based in Central Derby.
You will be required to:
Process Customers orders
Understand the internal pricing processes and proceduces
Use the quoting system when speaking with customers
Following up any potential new business quotations.
Provide an excellent level of customer service
Report and record data collected on quotations
Follow up every quotation within 24hrs to ensure customer is in receipt, confirm their requirements and ensure it meets their expectations.
You must have:
Sales administration experience
Strong customer service skills
Experience using excel
Good attention to detail
Good team player
