Reward and Benefits Specialist | Hybrid and Remote | £45,000 - £50,000 FTE | Permanent - Part-Time

Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a large industry leading organisation to recruit a Reward and Benefits Specialist on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities -

Evolve benefits offering including engaging with employee groups.
Ensure benefits are inclusive, relevant and in line with business values and objectives.
Lead the benefits review including contract management for renewals.
Project Management - there are various projects that you will be involved with.
Stakeholder Management - engaging in a pro-active manner is essential in this role.
Support Reward Consultant wirh key projects - EG design of bonus scheme and recognition programmes.
Plan and Project Manage the annual pay review process.
Support payroll function to ensure robust rewards and benefits process.
Conduct external benchmarking and keep up to date with trends regarding salary benchmarking.
Provide reward expertise to all stakeholders.

You will be a reward expert.
A proactive, innovative, out-going individual.
Strong Project Management skills.
Analytical skills to include good use of excel.
CIPD Qualified.
