Revenue Manager | Permanent | Nottinghamshire | £35,000 - £37,000

Cherry Professional are recruiting an individual to join a privately owned, high growth business who are looking for a hands-on and experienced Revenue Manager. This is a position that involves a range of operational responsibilities that will bring together multiple teams and develop the business through revenue generation and development. This is a great opportunity for an individual who can work autonomously, managing their own time and responsibilities as well as being innovative and able to deliver new ideas to a range of teams and senior management.

Salary:
£35,000 - £37,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
To ensure performance, alignment and strategy of the business’s revenue generating departments
To develop processes and methods to help realise yield and revenues from pipelines
To be directly involved with contracts, ensuring client contracts are delivered in full
To help maximise reach and efficiency by ensuring client experience is delivered to the highest standard as well as to support the creative teams to continue the culture of client experience and service innovation
To partner with members of the senior team to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop future plans
To analyse and develop the business across all segments and profiles as well as applications of procedures and policies which enhance their ability to maximise yield from all revenue stream pipelines
To monitor the marketplace and opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies and tactics
To identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales and account management functions
To assist and guide stakeholders in continuous improvement policies within the quotation process and participate in contract negotiations with stakeholders if required to do so by department heads.
 
Ideal Candidate:
The ability to work with senior managers and operatives inspiring change, motivating effectiveness and demonstrating delivery of initiatives and conversion into incremental yield
Experience in driving and implementing revenue growth
Be able to collaborate with multiple teams
Experience growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships
Excellent communication skills
