Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a public sector organisation in the Nottingham area to assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective referral service. This is a full time interim assignment expected to last for 2 months.


Provide effective Administrative support and facilitate the referral management and appointment booking function
To act as a single point of contact for the management of referrals and appointment
To take ownership of the patient's referrals
Book patient appointments using a diary management system
To accurately input and update patient records
To work within an environment that receives and makes a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
To effectively manage calls from potentially distressed referrers/ patients and carers
To undertake general tasks as part of a busy administration team

Ideal Candidate
Proficient use in Microsoft Office packages
Systm One experience - desirable
Used to and works effectively within a environment that receives a high number of inbound calls at times
Strong Administrative skills
