Recruitment and HR Administrator - Temporary basis - Alfreton
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join an innovative and exciting business in Alfreton on a temporary ongoing basis.
- Supporting senior members of the HR team with administrative tasks
- Shortlisting candidates and selecting for interview
- Sending out for references
-Data Entry, filing and scanning
-Advertise jobs within the company and shortlist suitable candidates
-Book in interviews with selected line managers
-Liaise with all department and be able to communicate effectivley
-Using the internal HR system to update employee details ensuring all records are up to date
- Adhoc Administrative tasks
- Excellent communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic to learn
- 2 years or more experience within Recruitment and HR
- Team player
Salary £19,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
This assignment is perfect for someone who is keen to fulfill a HR and Recruitment based career and has some experience working within ideally a HR function or Recruitment team.
