Recruitment Administrator | Exclusive to Cherry| Working from home option available with 1 day a week in the office preferred. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an established retail business to act as a Recruitment Administrator to support the retail and operations stakeholders across the whole business. 

As the Recruitment Administratoryou will be working in partnership with a busy and dedicated Recruitment team to assist in supporting the growing workforce.  You will work strategically to ensure that the organisation has a continuous pipeline of talented individuals to join the business.  

The successful candidate will be a key player in this team, reporting to the Head of Resourcing and working as part of a highly regarded team.  

The Role…

Supporting Talent Partners with recruitment administrative tasks
Maintain applicant tracking systems at all times and ensure compliance.
Maintain internal and external brand through social media channels; LinkedIn, Indeed, Workplace
Short list, telephone screen, and book interviews with Hiring Managers
Work to build, maintain and utilise Talent Pools to maximise chances of reducing ‘Time to Hire’
Updating candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate journey 
Supporting the Talent Partners with Exit Interviews
Supporting the Talent Partners with check in calls

Your Experience…

-You will have worked in a fast paced environment with strong organisational and methodical thinking skills
-A background in Recruitment is not required but a proven track record of strong Administrative experience is essential
-Knowledge of best practice and the ability to ensure this is followed
-Ability to self manage and work to targets

The Hiring Manager is happy to let the successful candidate work from home for the majority of the placement however travel to their South Yorkshire offices at least once a month (ideally once a week) is essential so candidates must have their own vehicle.
