Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Team Administrator for their Gainsborough based client. You will need to be organised, enthusiastic and client service focused with a professional 'can do' attitude.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors on the telephone and in the office, as well as working alongside a professional team supporting them to provide excellent service to clients - as a result a flexible mind and approach to the work is essential. The role would be for a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread over 5 days.
Being the first point of contact to clients and visitors, along with other reception duties such as post, making drinks, ensuring client areas and meeting rooms are kept presentable, etc
Supporting the team to ensure excellent and timely service to clients
Assisting in all aspects of administrative support to the team
Some secretarial duties - including producing of letters and merges
Setting up of new clients and engagement letters
Database management work Skills and Qualities required
Relevant previous experience in an office environment - inc reception, administrative and secretarial duties
Confident at communicating with clients and colleagues
Motivated, organised and efficient individual
Flexible approach to all colleagues and work
Ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting tasks
Helpful, accommodating attitude - a great team player
Good GCSE/O-level results (minimum Grade C in Mathematics & English Language)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word; with experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience in database management Working Conditions & Package
