Cherry Professional are excited to be supporting a fantastic client to recruit a confident and friendly Receptionist. As the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the business. We are looking for a friendly and engaging, customer focussed experienced professional.
Answer and field all incoming calls & enquiries to the business.
Meet and greet all visitors to the business, record arrival using a digital system, issue passes and ensure all visitors are met and accompanied by their host.
Organise catering for visitors.
Process outgoing mail daily.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms bookings.
Ensure that facilities are prepared, and equipment is available for all meetings.
Raise purchase orders in line with company policy for IT procurement + other requirements.
Seek supplier's costs and commercial terms for low to medium value goods and services.
Work closely with our Facilities Provider to assist with building maintenance requirements.
Provide various administrative support to the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, positive and professional manner with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
Be reliable and have a good attitude toward work.
Proficient IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.
Previous Reception/ Front of House experience – This is desirable.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.

Salary £22,000-£22, 000
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm 30 Minutes lunch break
