Quality Administrator - 6 month contract - starting end of May 2019
To support the work of the Quality department in meeting quality standards, targets and business objectives. You will be providing an effective administrative support service.
-Provide departmental administrative support
-Monitor closely the reporting system in place ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
-Produce monthly reports
-Diary management and booking meetings
-Communicate any new information and updates to the wider team
-Taking notes from meetings
-Remain confidential at all times
-Support with any ad-hoc projects
-Strong Administrative background ideally
-Able to work to pace on own initiative
-Able to create and maintain working relationships
-Strong communication skills
