Purchase Ledger Clerk - Loughborough - £9.47

We are currently recruiting for a well-established business based in North Loughborough. They are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for up to 6 weeks. This role would suit someone who is immediately available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices and matching invoices
- Supplier and bank reconciliations
- Gaining authorisation for payment of invoices
- Handling high levels of queries
- Dealing with high levels of enquiries and queries

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience within an Accounts Payable function
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Keen problem solver with the view to get to the root cause of a query
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Would be advantageous if you have experience on COINS or MRI systems
- Experience of working with multiple site invoicing and in the hospitality or construction industry.
