Nottingham - Accounts Payable
Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a well-established Nottingham based trust. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a contracted basis for 12 months. This role would suit someone who is immediately available or on a short notice period.
You will be working within a fast paced and hard-working team. You will be working for a company that strives for excellence within their industry and who put quality to the forefront of that they do.
Key Responsibilities:
-Processing invoices and matching invoices
-Playing a pivotal role in developing and improving procedures and controls
-Focusing ensuring all statement reconciliations are completed
-Investigating into the Accounts Payable function and solving any issues processing good receipts
Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience within an Accounts Payable function
-Highly organised with good time management skills
-Keen problem solver with the view to get to the root cause of an incident, with the view to adapt any process
-Excellent communication skills at all levels
-Skilled at building rapport within internal and external stakeholders
-Excellent numeracy skills as well as having strong IT literacy skills are essential
-Pro-active self-starter.
The salary for this vacancy is £18,000 - £20,500
