Nottingham - Purchase Ledger
Cherry Professional are recruiting for an ambitious business based in Nottingham, who are seeking to employ a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis. You will play be within a pivotal role to ensure the purchase ledger department is up to date. You will be responsible in processing invoices, matching and coding invoices.
This role would suit someone who is immediately available.
Enter supplier invoices and credits
Query any disputed purchase invoices with the person responsible for ordering or the supplier
Prepare invoices for payment and ensure they are signed off
Identify invoices that need paid promptly and within credit terms
Strong purchase level ability
Used to dealing with high volumes
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Experience working on an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
