Purchase Ledger Assistant | £18,000 | Long Eaton
Currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within a thriving business in Long Eaton.  Immediate start available working within a small close-knit team of 5.  This role is ideal for someone who wants to work within a fast-paced environment, responsible for looking after a number of suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices, including matching and coding
- Checking against purchase orders
- Gaining authorisation ready for payment
- Organising payment runs
- Dealing with any enquiries and queries coming into the department
- Updating the system with payments going out
- Reconciling against the bank.

Ideal Candidate: 
- Previous experience working within a purchase ledger department
- Good attention to detail
- IT literate with good working knowledge of excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work to deadlines
