Purchase Ledger Assistant | Nottinghamshire | £23,500

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant based in Nottingham working within a thrivingand busy team environment.   The role is reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, supporting with the day to day transactional duties.  This role is also hybrid based which gives flexibility of working within the office 2 days a week and 3 from home.

Responsibilities:

Setting up new suppliers
Processing supplier invoices 
Matching up to delivery notes
Generating purchase order numbers
Organising payment runs
Dealing with supplier queries and enquiries
Allocating outgoing payments against supplier accounts

Ideal Candidate:

Experience of working within a purchase ledger function
Team player 
Able to also work using own initiative
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of excel
Ability to meet set deadlines
Good communication skills at all levels
