Responsibilities:

  • Coding of non-stock purchases to the general ledger
  • Investigating and resolving supplier queries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders on a daily basis
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working within a similar working role
  • Strong communication
  • Used to working towards deadlines and in a high pressured environment
  • Strong organisational skills whilst being professional at all times
