Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Project Administrator for their Lincoln based client.
Your role will be to have overall accountability for the organisation of projects and events, working within the Delivery and Sales Team. With focus on quality, service excellence and organisation skills, whilst delivering to timescales and budgets.
Manage projects and events within timescales and budgets across multiple departments and regions.
Coordinate and organise workshops and events including preparing materials, resources and maintaining stock.
Undertake office and project administration duties.
Maintaining computerised records including online purchase application systems.
Collect information and produce detailed reports for management meetings.
Point of contact for enquiries and signposting including liaising with partner organisations.
Attend meetings and events to promote delivery projects.
To attend relevant training courses, workshops, meetings, seminars as required.
To represent the company in a professional manner.
Any other duties, consistent with the main purpose of the job, as may be specified from time to time.
Organisation skills with attention to detail and high standard of accuracy.
Coordination of projects and events demonstrating ability to work to timescales and budgets.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Initiative flexible approach to work and ability to adapt.
Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes and functions (including mail merge).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
Ability to collate and analyse data for management reports and monitoring purposes.
Full Driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
