Production Scheduler - Immediate start - 6-9 month Contract
A fantastic Production Scheduler role has just come in to us from a well-established business in the Alfreton area, Derby. Have you got an analytical mind? Keen to learn? If so, then this role could be for you! This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop as part of an enthusiastic business. So if you have experience within Project Administration or other admin/assistant positions that sit within Supply Chain or Procurement this could be a great next step.
You will be responsible for -
-Creating and monitoring weekly schedules for specified production areas to meet both short and long term forecast and demand
-Reviewing production performance against key deliverables and provide support in identifying and resolving production issues
-Regular communication with Production Managers to manage the expectations of their specified area regarding outputs, production and KPI's.
-Reviewing inventory levels through long term planning to maximize sales and production efficiencies.
-Co-ordinating with relevant Production Managers and staff to limit stock write off.
