Procurement Administrator - Alfreton - Temporary Ongoing
If you are an experienced Procurement and Logistics professional looking to work with an established and reputable organisation in Alfreton and can start right away - keep reading!
-Able to provide a high level of administrative support
-Export and shipment documentation
-Check and process invoices as and when required
-Monitor deliveries and production schedules
-Place orders onto the companies CRM system
-Support the Logistics function with freight forwarding and coordinating shipment
-Keeping a spreadsheet up to date with order tracking
-Inventory stock takes
-Communicate with suppliers both local and overseas with regards to product availability
-Able to work very quickly in a busy environment
-Proficient with Excel
-Strong communication skills
-Fast learner and keen to learn
