Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an established logistics business in Stoke-On-Trent who are looking to recruit a payroll administrator for approx 4 months. This role will see you engage in all typical payroll activities, and manage payroll on different cycles for a multitude of clients, so your organisational skills will need to be very strong. You will need to demonstrate a strong background

Role & Responsibilities:

Work within a small team assisting with the running of monthly, weekly and 4 weekly payroll for approx 4,000 members staff.
Processing all aspects of payroll from start to finish as part of a team
Processing and checking expense claims
Processing starters and leavers, P45's P60's, P11D's Calculating SMP/SSP/SPP

What we are looking for from you:

Experience of performing payroll functions
Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in payroll accounting system
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
An ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining complete confidentiality at all times.
Excellent MS Excel working knowledge
