Part Time Sales Ledger Clerk - Outskirts of Nottingahm - up to £22,000 pro rata
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk on a 20 hour a week part time basis to work within this well established business based on the outskirts of Nottingham.
You will be working within a small team environment supporting the Sales Ledger Controller to ensure that sales invoices are processed, and debt is collected in a timely and efficient manner. The organisation are one of the market leaders in their products and thrive within their industry.
Inputting and matching sales invoices onto the system
Allocating customer payments
Dealing with customer queries from allocated customers
Reconciling customer statements
Chasing up any outstanding debt over the phone and email
Closing and opening accounts
Organising payment plans
Setting credit limits
Minimum of two years working in an accounts receivable function
Experienced in processing high volumes of sales invoices
Personable, proactive and able to build rapport at all levels.
Competitive salary of up to £22,000 per annum pro rata
Onsite parking with modern offices.
