Part- time PA- 10 month FTC - Nottingham based company - Up to £27,000

A rare but exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced PA to join a forward thinking and creative organisation in Nottingham- although the role would be set up to work from home in the short-term. 

This is a 10 month FTC to cover Maternity Leave. The hours of work required are 30 per week with flexibility on specific days and times. 


Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO and CFO, prioritising incoming messages based on your knowledge of the business.
Diary management for the CEO and CFO – arranging and rearranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Heads of Department and Executive Heads, taking and distributing minutes.
Collating information from Heads of Department to create board packs and executive packs.
Producing documents, briefing papers, presentations and reports.
Liaise with the Non-executive Directors of the company to plan board meetings and communication between Executive Heads.
Liaising with external advisors to ensure that the Executive Heads are prepared for fully prepared
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Maintaining the Tensor time and attendance system for Nottingham including maintaining sickness and holidays
Working with IT to ensure that all building and facilities issues are managed effectively, including sourcing contractors, ordering of furniture etc.

Ideal Person

Excellent communication skills
3-4 years experience in a similar PA role
Self-motivated (this role will initially be remote due to the companies transition to working from home during lockdown)
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly form effective business relationships based on trust and honesty
A high degree of drive, energy and an unfailing positive attitude
High level of computer literacy with a working knowledge of the full MS package, and a strong knowledge of MS Powerpoint.
High degree of confidence, resilience and determination
An energetic and flexible approach
