Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a award winning organisation within the Automotive industry in Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for Customer Service. The organisation are offering this position on a part-time basis- up to 25 hours per week. The company are entirely flexible with the specific working hours.


- Ensure daily sales logs are kept up to date and information for sold vehicles is passed to finance for invoicing

- Provide accurate CAP figures for vehicles in stock

- Process end of life vehicles via the appropriate disposal route

- Carry out weekly stock checks of vehicles on site

- Process vehicle collections / movements to and from site

- Assisting the Commercial Manager in the tracking of all fleet vehicles to ensure that no vehicles are lost as the fleet runs down

- Control and administration of vehicle Demonstrator process, including vehicle requests, direct customer supply, manufactures rolling programs and logistics

- Support in the processing of monthly vehicle road tax to all vehicles on fleet

Ideal Person:

- Thrive in a fast paced environment

- Previous experience with inbound and outbound calling

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

- Adaptable to deal with a wide range of people

- Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
