Order Management Administrator | Derby | £24,000

Cherry Professional are working with a derby-based, global company to recruit a dynamic Order Management Administrator on a temporary basis until the end of the calendar year at a minimum. The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit and supportive team to assist in the company’s international order process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
To liaise with customers, international internal colleagues and senior account managers.
To liaise with account payable to ensure payments are made.
To Develop and maintain customer rapport.
To manage order receipt and confirmation.
To be able to accurately enter data into the system.
To process and send orders to French order management colleagues.
To be able to calmly handle customer order queries and complaints.
To accurately confirm order follow up.
To request forecast from customer / follow up.
To have an ability to manage stock.
To maintain a record of orders.

Key person attributes
Self-motivating.
Highly organised.
A team player.
Good at building relationships and managing internal and external customers.
IT Literate – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, (not essential).
SAP knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
