Office Manager - Nottingham - £22000-£24000 - Long Eaton

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work for a distribution company based in Nottinghamshire with an excellent reputation and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

*Managing the day to day running of a busy administration office

*Liaising with customers over the phone and via email

*Processing customer orders, managing company stock

*Creating daily invoices for customers using Sage

*Undertaking company banking and credit control

*Creating weekly reports for Company Directors

Ideal candidate

*Previous Office Management experience

*Experience of using SAGE

*Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel

*Good communication skills
