Network Recruitment Manager - Financial Services- Newark- 6 Month FTC - Up to £35k

We are currently working with a highly successful and growing organisation within the Financial Services Industry. This is a particularly exciting time to join the company due to an expansion within their Commercial function. The role of the Network Recruitment Manager is to promote the growth, compliance and day to day management of this function and its Network.

The organisation are looking for someone with a strong business acumen and a solid background in Recruitment as in this role you will you will manage your own recruitment projects and be responsible for project managing recruitment innovations and improvements.

Responsibilities

-Recruitment of Brokers to the organisations Network

-Retaining and building strong working relationships with existing previously recruited Brokers

-Reviewing terms on a 6 monthly basis to ensure that revenues are consistent with the volumes of business introduced.

-Meet with Lenders to ensure that product knowledge is consistent and up-to-date.

-Produce a Monthly Newsletter to be sent out to update and add value with useful industry information and advice on potential new business opportunities.

-To ensure and check all commercial finance cases submitted by Brokers are duly compliant with FCA guidelines and are consistent with company processes.

Ideal Person

-Recruitment Management experience within in-house or agency

-You will be experienced using many and varied recruitment tools including (but not limited to); psychometric assessments, assessment centres, online talent databases, professional and social networking sites

-A background in Financial Services (desirable)

-Highly organised and with an excellent attention to detail

-Able to deliver clear and concise proposals and presentations confidently

-A resourceful and collaborative style - always visible and keen to 'connect' with the business

-Able and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary

-Extremely results driven
