Logistic Administrator  |Loughborough | Salary- £21,000 - £22000 | Full time permanent | Immediate start

Cherry Professional is looking for an Logistic Administrator, this is a great opportunity as you would be working for an established fast growing company based in Loughborough. You will be working in a busy office environment, and this role would suit someone who is self-motivated, well organised and hard working.

You will assist the Logistics Manager to plan and coordinate the organisations transport operations, ensuring the effective running of the delivery and the collections.

Are you organised have you previously worked in a Logistic Administrator role? Then this role would be perfect for you!


Key responsibilities,

To ensure departure and arrival schedules are communicated to the client’s, and the company processes and procedures are carried out on site.
To continuously communicate with customers, internal colleagues and departments, ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly.
You need to record day to day entries of deliveries, collections and breakdowns, Arranging vehicle exchanges with customers.
To process for non-compliance or failure/vehicle breakdown are recorded, followed and dealt with to the SLA guidelines.
Ensure the transport management system is continuously updated and all data is entered promptly and accurately.
To provide exceptional customer service to build strong customer relationships.
You will liaise with different departments to ensure the vehicle is prepared and to the correct specification for hire.
Assist in ensuring full compliance is met regarding driver’s hours and road traffic regulations.
You will manage office administration in an accurate and timely manner.


Ideal candidate,
Ability to prioritise your workload, and work to a high standard within a strict deadline.
Good eye for attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent IT Skills, and communication skills written and verbal.
Previous experience in a Logistics/vehicle hire company is an advantage but not essential.
