*Audio Typing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
*Answering calls, dealing with queries
*Updating and maintaining an in-house case management database
*Managing diaries and arranging appointments
*Organising and opening/closing case files
*Previous experience of working as a Legal Secretary is essential as well as Wills and Probate or Private Client
*Excellent Audio typing skills
*Good telephone manner
*Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
