So, if you are professional, organised and have previous experience as a Legal Secretary this could be for you.

Key responsibilities:

*Audio Typing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
*Answering calls, dealing with queries
*Updating and maintaining an in-house case management database
*Managing diaries and arranging appointments
*Organising and opening/closing case files

Ideal Person:

*Previous experience of working as a Legal Secretary is essential preferably within employment law or commercial
*Excellent Audio typing skills
*Good telephone manner
*Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
