Learning and Development Business Partner- 1 year FTC - North Nottinghamshire

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an exciting and innovative organisation in Mansfield. The role of Learning and Development Business Partner is to support the delivery of Project Learning and Development Strategy

Responsibilities

- Identify, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes for all levels of staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, policies and procedures
- Develop a process for the evaluation for all learning programmes which measures the return on investment and supports key performance indicators
- Respond to requests from the business to provide advice and bespoke solutions as appropriate
- Lead on the development and implementation of a technical competencies framework
- Assist with the implementation of leadership and management training to ensure learning outcomes are met
- Develop an effective apprenticeship trainee programme
- Assist with the design and implementation of a digital learning platform

Ideal Person
- CIPD Level 5 or above in Learning and Development
- Accredited training qualification
- Proven experience in learning and development, succession planning, talent and developing competencies
- Experience of advising and presenting to senior leadership and staff
- Experience of identifying, designing and delivering training programmes
- Knowledge of a variety of learning tools and resources to develop skills
- Experience of developing apprenticeship programmes
- Experience of developing on-boarding programmes
- Ability to formulate learning and development policies and procedures to a high standard
- Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and drive change initiatives
- Ability to work at pace and to deadlines to deliver projects and manage workload
- This role includes occasional travel in the UK
