L&D Business Partner | Regional and Hybrid | Up to £45,000

Cherry Professional are currently working with a rapidly growing and forward thinking organisation to recruit a Learning and Development Business Partner on a permanent basis.  The key aim of this role is to work closely with key stakeholders to identify skills gaps and effectively enable the design and delivery of great learning solutions.  You will be responsible for shaping, developing and designing learning solutions, using a blend of technologies, to ensure that business objectives are supported. 

The role: -

Manages business area stakeholders effectively influencing the learning and development culture and agenda across multiple sites.
Working with key stakeholders, partners and the wider L&D team builds and implements functional learning and development plans.
Identifies immediate and future capability needs and effectively measures the impact of any development solutions.
Identifies the most suitable form of development solution to meet the development needs, working with the wider team leveraging on synergies and delivering a consistent learner experience.
Develops high calibre content to meet identified development needs, that is engaging and impactful, utilising a range of skills, tools and techniques.
Supports the inclusion ambitions and embeds the values throughout all learning plans and solutions to reinforce the desired behaviours and values that are expected.
Continually evaluates the development solutions being delivered and the impact that they are having on the business.
Ensures that accurate record keeping is in place to track training delivery to feed into company annual reports.
Effectively builds and manages business area career pathway and programme development utilising apprenticeship standards where possible.

The ideal candidate: -

Excellent communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships.
Excellent training design / delivery and presentation skills.
Best practice management techniques to drive high performance working.
Excellent understanding of L&D in a large multi-site business.
Can demonstrate knowledge of the latest best practice from across the L&D profession.
Understanding of how to interpret learning needs and develop a variety of solutions.
Designing and delivering high calibre capability development solutions in a range of skills i.e. Sales, Customer Service, leadership at all levels of management
Competent understanding of learning platforms.
Has the bandwidth to be able to work on multiple projects - and balance the tensions of hands-on delivery through to senior stakeholder management within their work.
