Cherry Professional are currently working with a large organisation to recruit a Talent / L&D Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting in to the Head of Talent and working as part of a wider L&D team will mean that you will be able to share best practice and ideas with like-minded individuals.
As a trusted partner you will ensure that you create and sustain a learning culture by delivering on a L&D plan that meet the needs of the business and provide interesting, stimulating learning activities for the team members.
Day to Day activities will include…
Partner with senior stakeholders to proactively identify and implement relevant learning strategies.
Ensure that you understand the business drivers to build relevant learning programmes.
Be an ambassador of L&D best practice across the organisation.
Liaising with external suppliers to include scoping out needs and negotiating contractual terms.
Ensure continuous improvement in all L&D activities.
Develop and promote the Learning Management System to ensure the adoption across all functions.

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE.
