Invoicing Administrator - North Nottingham - £18,000 to £20,000

We are currently recruiting for an Invoice Administrator to join a thriving business based North of Nottingham. Great chance to make the job your own and develop your administration skills within a finance department.

Responsibilities:

- Generating invoices and organising purchase order numbers
- Entering all information onto the inhouse system
- Supporting other departments to ensure documentation is generated correctly
- Updating customer and supplier information
- Using the portal system to update documentation
- General administration duties


Ideal candidate:

- Previous experience ideally working within an accounts/office environment
- Good communication skills at all levels
- IT literate with knowledge of excel
- Team player, who is also able to work using own initiative
