Inventory Administrator - Due to continued growth and success Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an Inventory Administrator for their respected client based in Nottingham.
This is a full time, permanent position, hours of work will be 8.45am-18.00pm Monday to Friday & working 9.00am-15.00pm every 2nd Saturday. The role will be mainly field based with around 2 hour office time each day. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
Compiling Inventory reports
Taking photographs on an IPAD via the in-house software
Conducting Check Outs - meeting Tenants or Landlords at properties,
Taking back keys from clients & carrying out the checkout report
Mid tenancy inspections, meeting Tenants and preparing a report of the condition and advising of any work that will need to be done.
The successful candidate must have/be
Ideally experience as an inventory clerk or comparable experience, insurance property assessor, ex tradesperson
Experience/knowledge within the property sector is preferred but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Driving Licence is essential - Transport will be provided
Excellent customer service skills
Professional and well presented
