Internal Customer Service | Nottinghamshire | Permanent | Paying up to £23,000 | Office based shift pattern

Are you an experienced Customer Service agent who keep their cool when dealing with tricky situations?  Do you enjoy working a shift pattern across a 24/7 operation?  Do you enjoy working as part of a great team?  If so, then this may be a great role for you.

Cherry Professional are currently working with a Nottinghamshire based organisation to recruit an experienced Customer Services Agent.  This is a newly formed team who will provide support to internal stakeholders across a large organisation who are well recognised as a leader in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide support over the telephone to internal stakeholders.
-Ensure correct actions are taken post calls to solve problems.
-Undertake internal audits to ensure processes are being followed.
-Record details of calls in a clear and concise manner.
-Engaging with external service providers to ensure corrective actions are taken to solve issues.

The ideal candidate:

-An experienced customer service agent.
-Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm manner.
-A flexible approach to workload.
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
-Happy to work on a shift pattern (including evenings and weekends).
