Interim HR Business Partner | Derby | Salary £40,000 - £45,000| Exclusive to Cherry Professional
Cherry Professional are currently working with a Derbyshire based organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract. Working as part of a talented and experienced HR team, you will be responsible for offering a full range of all HR support to a varied group of stakeholders as well as having involvement in complex project work across the wider organisation. The current incumbent is a highly valued member of the employee group they partner with and have incredibly strong organisational knowledge - this is something that they would like the interim cover to replicate.

Key Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will undertake a full HR generalist role across the entire employee lifecycle within the business area that you are responsible for.  In addition to the day to day responsibilities, you will be working closely with the wider HR team, as well as key stakeholders, to deliver numerous people projects.  Some of the day to day duties will include: -

- Ensure stakeholder relationships are maintained
- Working with the recruitment team to ensure top talent is attracted to the organisation
- All Organisational Development activities 
- Workforce planning
- Ensuring employee engagement is maximised
- Driving a high performance culture
- Support line managers with all ER matters
- Lead HR Project work
- Challenge the status quo

Desirable skills and experience
- CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Strong stakeholder management skills - including communication and influencing skills
- Change management exposure and knowledge of project management best practice
- Up to date employment law knowledge
- A versatile and resilient individual
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook in challenging times
