North Nottingham | HR Business Partner | £40-50k|
Cherry Professional are working with a Nottingham based, international, industry leading organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner. This client may have started as a small business but now they are one of the UK’s leading brands and they have plans for further expansion!
This role will sit within the people partnering team and you will be responsible for creating and implementing the people plan for your business area whilst working with the other people teams to deliver business wide transformational change projects.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner
- Partner with stakeholders to roll out the people solutions in line with the business objectives
- The role will focus on the organisations design and structure, ensuring roles and team structures are functional
- Be an advocate for the organisation’s values, mission and purpose to help create an environment where values are upheld
- Oversee talent attraction, retention and succession planning within your business area
- Support Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues
- You will be a ‘trusted advisor’ providing insightful and effective coaching and guidance
- Identify and design the people framework and provide solutions as well as processes and tools to enhance people/business performance
- Proactively drive improved engagement levels amongst employees

Ideal person for this HR Business Partner Role
- Prior retail sector experience is essential
- Demonstratable success in generalist, partnering roles within multi-location and complex businesses
- Able to interpret and analyse data
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships to motivate and influence people
- Ability to shape and lead initiatives/change projects
- Confident, resilient, and dedicated to a high standard of delivery
- Strong nature to overcome setbacks and hurdles whilst maintaining focus on the business objectives
