HR Training Coordinator | Derbyshire | £27,000
Cherry Professional are working with an exciting client of the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire boarder to recruit a passionate HR Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will work as part of the HR team, to ensure that training on site is fit for purpose, effective and mandatory training compliance is tracked, and completion rates are achieved.
Being the first point of contact for all training related queries.
Support in the creation of an annual training plan.
Work with Managers to develop and maintain job profiles, ensuring that training requirements are relevant and in line with agreed standards.
Produce reports on a regular and ad hoc basis relating to site KPI’s.
Monitor and record training documentation for all employees.
Monitor and review training course objectives and post course evaluation.
Provide support to the HR team on a wide range of generalist HR task.
The Ideal Candidate:
CIPD qualified CIPD qualified Level 3 or above (or willingness to undertake) and / or a Learning and Development qualification.
Experience of working with external training providers.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
