The organisation are going through a significant period of change and are therefore looking for a seasoned HR professional to plan, organise and undertake a number of projects in partnership with the HR Director.
Ensure designated projects are delivered in time and on budget
Mitigate all risk associated with projects
Implement new processes and ensure end user adoption of new HR system
Present project updates to senior management team
Work with finance team to ensure HR projects budget is adequately monitored
Ensure project plans (including process flow charts) are updated regularly
Liaise across all functions of the organisation to ensure stakeholders are fully informed of all project progress
Proven track record of delivering HR Projects in a complex organisation
Experience of working with HR Systems - ideally at systems implementation level
Exceptional communicator who can influence at a senior level
CIPD Qualified would be a strong advantage
