HR Officer / Recruitment Coordinator - Alfreton - £23,000
We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer / Recruitment Coordinator to join a highly desirable business based in North Derbyshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for an recruitment professional who is looking to step into their first HR role.
As a part of your role as HR Officer you will be required to:
- Write job adverts
- Manage multiple job vacancies
- Arranging and coordinating assessment centres
- Support the HR team with new starters/leavers.
- Liaise with line mangers to ensure right to work documents and references are completed.
- Processing annual reviews
- Pay bonuses
- Drafting employment contracts and issuing them out
- Support monthly payroll
- Sickness and absence administration
- You will support the wider HR and organisational development team to deliver high quality HR support.
You must have:
- At least two years recruitment experience
- CIPD Qualified or Part Qualified
- Extremely organised with excellent data entry and written skills
- Fully converse with maintaining HR records and systems
