HR Manager | Leicestershire | £45,000 - £50,000 | Long Term Contract | Flexible Hybrid Working Model

Cherry Professional are currently working with a Leicestershire based organisation to recruit a HR Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis.  This organisation has a very strong brand and are well recognised in the areas they operate in. A great culture and this opportunity are one that would ensure that you are working across the full HR spectrum whilst managing a small team. 

Key Duties

A true HR Generalist role! 
Managing the Operational HR function. 
Maintaining great customer service across the entire employee lifecycle. 
Lead on some, and collaborate on other, HR projects. 
Managing complex employee relations casework
Learning and Development. 
Ensure all HR processes from on-boarding through to off-boarding are efficient. 
Work with HR Director on HR strategy for the organisation. 

The Ideal Candidate

CIPD Level 7 or studying towards.
A creative HR Professional who is passionate about doing the right thing.
Someone who isn't afraid to get "stuck in" and appropriately challenge.
Experience within a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer?

£45,000 - £50,000 salary.
