Cherry Professional are currently working with a Nottinghamshire based organisation, in the hospitality sector, to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This organisation have a very strong brand and are well recognised in the areas they operate in.
This is a fabulous opportunity to have a real impact on setting up and running a HR function to ensure that the team are delivering a great service to the business.
Design and delivery of a HR Strategy across a multi-site organisation.
Ensure HR activities planned are in line with business objectives.
Provide support and HR guidance to all stakeholders (including the Senior Leadership Team).
Ensure the smooth running of operational day to day HR activities including management of HR team members.
Support Team Leaders with the execution of consistent HR policies across the organisation.
Develop a resourcing plan to ensure that talent pipeline is maintained.
Proactively manage all employee relations casework.
Support the L&D offering for the organisation.
Deliver the employee engagement process on an annual basis.
Champion and live by the values - be a brand ambassador.
Continuous improvement of HR practices.
Promote all Equality, Diversity and Inclusion best practices across the organisation.
Keep up to date with any legislative changes to ensure that the organisation are kept legally compliant.

The Ideal Candidate
CIPD or studying towards.
A creative HR Professional who is passionate about doing the right thing.
The ability to operate at a hands on and strategic level.
Someone who isn't afraid to get "stuck in".
Expeience within a fast paced environment.
